We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Evaara Fragrance. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- All tags, labels, seals, and packaging paper must be intact and not tampered with.
- The perfume box must be returned in the same condition as delivered, without any damage.
- Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:
- Opened or partially used perfumes.
- Products without original packaging, tags, or protective seals.
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage after delivery.
- Gift cards, free samples, or promotional items.
3. Return Process

- Approval & Instructions
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back.
- Shipping the Return
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost returns.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered).
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item (following the above process) and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost. Replacement product will be delivered with in 5 to 7 days
